Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to key operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with budget holders to develop forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Identify risks and opportunities to drive business performance.
• Support month-end processes and provide variance analysis.
• Contribute to business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario modelling.

Ideal Candidate:

• Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident working with non-finance stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
