Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Finance Business Partner – VMS (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements) for our office in Maidenhead.

What you’ll be doing
Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, and operations, influencing key decisions with commercial insight
Take end-to-end ownership of the P&L related to supplier costs, materials, and third-party manufacturing
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, using driver-based models to steer performance
Play a key role in the S&OP process, translating demand and supply plans into financial outcomes and challenging assumptions
Drive working capital improvements, with a strong focus on inventory, cash, and supplier management
Deliver forward-looking insights and performance analysis, shifting from reporting to actionable recommendations
Ensure strong financial control and accurate month-end close, including variance analysis and governance
Lead process improvements and transformation initiatives, enhancing reporting, systems, and ways of working
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering / Controlling, ideally within FMCG, consumer healthcare, or other fast-paced environments
Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into business actions
Experience with forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis
Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with BI tools and data analysis
Proven ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Confident communicator with the ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate at senior level
Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and impact
