Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for finance systems and transformation? A leading organisation in the global maritime sector is looking for a Finance System Lead to drive ongoing improvements across its ERP and finance technology landscape.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact transformation programme following a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and EPM implementation. You'll play a key role in optimising finance systems, improving processes, and ensuring robust system governance-while working closely with both finance and technology teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the configuration, integrity, and ongoing optimisation of finance systems, including D365 and EPM platforms

• Lead the management of finance system upgrades, regression testing, and user training

• Liaise across departments to ensure seamless interfaces between finance systems and other platforms

• Act as the primary finance point of contact for IT-related matters and third-party vendors

• Partner with leadership to align system capabilities with business strategy and reporting requirements

• Support month-end, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting cycles from a systems perspective

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in finance and cross-functional settings

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong background in finance

• Proven experience in Finance Change or Transformation within complex organisations

• Prior ERP implementation or optimisation experience-Dynamics 365 preferred

• Strong understanding of business processes, systems controls, and data integration

• Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability

• Confident communicator who can train users and influence at all levels
