Finance Controller

HFG are partnering with a globally operating leader within the logistics intermediary space in their search for an experienced Finance Controller to join their team. As part of its continued growth strategy, the company is seeking a commercially astute Finance Controller, to lead financial operations across key regions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee global payroll, VAT filings, and statutory compliance

• Lead accurate month- and quarter-end closes, reconciliations, and reporting

• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and audit coordination

• Support cash flow management and provide ad hoc financial insights

Skills & Experience:

• Finalist or qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA), or qualified by relevant experience

• 5+ years experience in multinational finance roles

• Strong knowledge of management accounting and international operations

• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and team collaboration
