Finance Controller

The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing business based in Chatteris, who are currently undergoing an exciting phase of transformation. They are looking to appoint an ambitious Financial Controller to lead and manage the company's financial operations.

What you'll get involved in:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
• Provide financial analysis for business decisions
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost control
• Manage financial operations (AP/AR, VAT, payroll, etc.)
• Supervise finance staff
• Coordinate audits and statutory accounts
• Handle tax, cash flow, and insurance matters
• Support system and process improvements
• Ensure financial compliance and evaluate new projects

Candidates should have a minimum of two years post-qualification experience, preferably with a background in FMCG or manufacturing.

• Salary is up to £65,000 depending on experience
