Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial decision-making and operations, providing financial information to our management team to drive business strategy and planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department

• Assist in company-wide budgetary planning

• Ensure that all of the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation

• Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future

• Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed

• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred

• Proven experience in the construction industry is desirable

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and management skills

• Excellent communication and IT skills
