Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp financial mind and a passion for driving impactful results? This high profile client is seeking an exceptional Finance Director to lead their financial operations and guide the business towards a dynamic and sustainable future.

Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll work closely with the CEO and Board to shape the financial direction of the organisation, ensuring performance is optimised, risks are managed, and opportunities for growth are fully realised.

Your Role Will Include…

Developing and managing robust annual and medium-term financial plans and budgets.

Producing accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports to guide business strategy.

Leading the creation of the Company’s Business Plan in line with corporate goals.

Inspiring and guiding departmental managers on financial performance, KPIs, and cost efficiencies.

Overseeing statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

Managing key finance relationships with internal and external stakeholders some internationally.

Steering the Capital Programme alongside the wider Leadership Team.

Who are we looking for?...

You must be ACA/ACCA, or CIMA qualified.

Have proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Can confidently analyse complex financial data and present it in a clear, actionable format.

Thrives in a collaborative, values-led organisation and leads with both integrity and energy.

Is adept with financial systems, budgeting tools, and advanced spreadsheets.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
