Finance Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Director to join our senior leadership team and drive financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term business planning. As a key business partner, you’ll bring clarity, control, and commercial insight to support continued growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Strengthen financial controls and systems in line with best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to the MD and Board, influencing business direction
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and investment planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong experience as a senior finance leader, ideally at FD level
• Proven track record in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Located within commutable distance of Kent (or willing to relocate)
