Finance Director

As Condimentum continues to expand internationally, they are seeking a strategic, commercially astute Finance Director to guide their next phase of growth and investment. This role offers a rare chance to join a business that is rich in tradition, bold in vision, and primed for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire finance function with a focus on accuracy, control, and insight.
• Partner with the CEO and CFO in shaping and delivering business strategy and investment plans.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, including CAPEX projects and funding models.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and data-led decision-making across the business.
• Collaborate with recently expanded Commercial Team to support its domestic and international expansion and commercial activity across new markets.
• Act as a key financial liaison with partners, external investors, and strategic stakeholders, ensuring transparency and credibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong commercial acumen and proven experience at a senior finance level.
• Senior level experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred.
• A highly autonomous and results-driven individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to improve processes and systems.
• A confident communicator with the presence and credibility to influence at board level and beyond.
• Experience in supporting rapid growth, investment activity, or international expansion is highly advantageous.
