Description

• Oversee the accounting and finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the professional services industry.
• Monitor cash flow, manage risks, and recommend actions for financial stability.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive financial growth and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.

Profile

A successful FD should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders.
• A track record of delivering financial strategies and improvements.
• Experience of working in a growing/ scaling company
• Strong experience of working with Netsuite

Job Offer

• Salary £120,000- £140,000
