Finance Director - About The Role

Are you a commercially-minded Finance Director seeking your next challenge in a dynamic and growing UK business? We are working with a well-established firm based in Basingstoke, looking for a strategic finance leader to join their senior leadership team?

• Own the financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Lead on financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Act as a key business partner to the executive team
• Provide commercial insight and financial modelling for strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvements and efficiency across the finance function
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other key stakeholders

The successful Finance Director will have:

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• Experience of working within a leadership capacity
• Strong commercial acumen together with a strong technical understanding
• Experience of consolidation reporting at group and local level
