Job Title: Finance Director
Salary: £90,000 + bonus + dividends
Location: Hybrid

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Director to join a dynamic and growing organisation. This senior leadership role will involve working closely with the Board and senior members of staff across the business. It offers a varied remit with both strategic and operational responsibilities.

• Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to support business growth and long-term objectives.

• Act as a key member of the Board, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure robust financial controls, processes, and compliance across the business.

• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports for senior stakeholders.

• Partner with operational leaders to support performance improvement and commercial decision-making.

• Drive efficiency, resilience, and financial discipline across the organisation.

• Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring a culture of pace, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).

• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role.

• Strong strategic and commercial Board level influence.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with pace and resilience.

• Demonstrable experience in driving financial performance and supporting business growth.

• £90,000 base salary + bonus + dividends
