The Opportunity

Our client, an established and forward-thinking law firm based in Devon, is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join their leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience in the legal sector who is ready for their next challenge.

About the Role

You'll be working closely with the firm's leadership, taking the strategic lead on finance while also being hands-on in day-to-day operations. This role calls for someone who is genuinely comfortable rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in, while also driving forward strategic improvements across systems, procedures, and financial performance.

You'll be joining at a pivotal time, helping to strengthen foundations, improve the bottom line, and make a tangible difference to the accounts department, the firm, and its people.
