With ambitious growth plans and an entrepreneurial culture, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Director to join the leadership team and help shape the next stage of their journey.

The Role:

As Finance Director, you will lead a small but high-performing finance team, taking ownership of all aspects of financial management, reporting, and planning across three (and growing) entities within the Group. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the board with strategic decision-making, ensuring financial rigour, and enabling the business to continue its strong trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead the day-to-day finance function, overseeing bank reconciliations, credit control, VAT returns, corporation tax, and company secretarial matters.
  * Deliver monthly management accounts, consolidated reporting, board packs, KPI analysis, and client performance reporting.
  * Oversee payroll, pension compliance, and supplier payments.
  * Manage annual statutory accounts, audit, R&D claims, and all HMRC submissions (including P11Ds).
  * Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes, providing robust cash flow and working capital management.
  * Partner with senior stakeholders to develop MI, KPIs, margin analysis, and contract profitability models.
  * Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, and systems to support scalability.
  * Play an active role in business planning, insurance renewals, IT and operational projects, and potential M&A activity.
  * Mentor, develop and lead the finance team to support both financial and non-financial colleagues across the business.
  
  What we're looking for:
• 
  Ideally Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but will consider QBE
  * Proven track record of leading finance teams within a fast-paced SME environment.
  * Experience in media, marketing, or agency sectors.
  * Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen.
  * Excellent communicator, comfortable working with both creative and commercial teams.
  * Hands-on and proactive with a passion for improving processes and driving margin growth.
  
  Location: Central London / Hybrid (2-3 days WFH)
  
  Salary & Benefits: £90,000 - £100,000
