Finance Director IT Services

Your new company
An acquisitive IT services business with multiple sites around London are experiencing a period of sustained growth, making regular acquisitions in each of the last 5 years. The business are currently at a £20 million turnover and are now ready to hire their first FD to report to the owner.

Your new role
Joining the business as their first FD hire, managing a team of 5 and reporting directly to the Owner. This role is all about establishing accounting process and rigour appropriate to the business size, whilst also giving strategic financial direction to decision making within the director team.

Duties

• Full responsibility for the finance function
• Direct report includes Financial Controller
• Establish and deliver robust control of the reporting process
• Financial planning & analysis - clear delivery of commercial outputs from this team
• Strategic involvement with planning and also M&A activity
• Director level responsibility in an owner managed business
