Job Description - Finance Graduate

We’re looking for ambitious, analytical, and motivated graduates to join a large manufacturing business as a Finance Analyst and take the first step in a dynamic and rewarding finance career.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, structured development programme designed to give you hands-on experience across core areas of finance while working closely with experienced professionals and mentors.

Key Responsibilities;

Analyse weekly / period results and provide challenge to identify solutions to issues
Reconcile key measures between internal business systems
Enter journals and complete period end tasks
Keep pricing updated and maintained
Support marketing with tracking of budgets and forecasts

You’ll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and strategic analysis—helping to shape real business decisions.
