Job Description - Finance Graduate

We’re looking for ambitious, analytical, and motivated graduates to join a large manufacturing business as a Finance Analyst and take the first step in a dynamic and rewarding finance career.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, structured development programme designed to give you hands-on experience across core areas of finance while working closely with experienced professionals and mentors.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Analyse weekly / period results and provide challenge to identify solutions to issues
  • Reconcile key measures between internal business systems
  • Enter journals and complete period end tasks
  • Keep pricing updated and maintained
  • Support marketing with tracking of budgets and forecasts
You’ll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and strategic analysis—helping to shape real business decisions.
