At RD Financial we are partnering with a prestigious financial institution to recruit a high-calibre Finance Graduate to join their dynamic team on a two-year rotational development programme. As a Finance Graduate, you’ll join a forward-thinking finance team that supports both retail consumer finance and motor dealership funding operations. Over the course of the programme, you will rotate through different functions to gain a deep understanding of the full finance lifecycle – from transactional finance to reporting and analysis.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and be given real responsibilities from day one. Your typical day might include:

• Preparing and reconciling balance sheet accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

• Supporting monthly intercompany and related party reporting cycles.

• Assisting in month-end processes: journal posting, data reconciliation, variance analysis.

• Handling payments: cash allocation, supplier payment runs, employee expenses, and credit card reconciliations.

• Processing purchase invoices and managing accounts payable documentation.

• Participating in ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supporting vendor query resolution and internal control adherence.

We’re looking for candidates who bring the following to the table:

• A recent Finance or Accounting-related degree.
