Finance Manager (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will oversee all financial aspects of Kingspan Water and Energy and play a key role in the decision-making process. The Finance Manager, while reporting to the Head of Finance GB & I is a key member of the management team necessitating a close working relationship with the Managing Director, Operations and Commercial Directors/Managers. If you have a strong background in financial management and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.Duties:Financial reporting and financial analysis for communication to leadership teamMonthly management accounts production and budgets, forecasts, and audits support and preparationEnsure product profit margins are reviewed every month to identify low-margin orders in the month and/or trends over time of low margin products and customersConduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-makingEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsCost and inventory managementCash management and planningCAPEX and Fixed Asset ManagementCredit ManagementConsolidation of monthly and annual accountsAssist with management of the annual auditProvide leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingSupplier Management and credit controlQualifications:Professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA is desirableMinimum of 3 years PQE in an accountant role within the manufacturing industrySound understanding of financial management and accounting concepts and processes.Highly organised with good planning and time-management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsThis role is based in Portadown but will involve occasional travel to other Kingspan sites within the UK.What we can offer you:Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 at home)33 days annual leaveCompetitive base salary based on experienceVariety of work where you will play a key role and make a difference to our business.Hours Mon-Thurs 8.15-5pm and Friday 8.30 - 4.00pmIf you possess these qualifications and are ready to take on a challenging role as a Finance Manager, apply now to be part of our dynamic team.
