We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations within our industrial / manufacturing sector. The role involves strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management to ensure financial sustainability and growth.

Description

• Oversee daily financial operations and financial planning
• Develop strategies to optimise financial performance and strategic position
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and risk analysis processes
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulators
• Present financial reports to the board, stakeholders, and executives
• Contribute to the company's financial strategy and decision-making processes

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Accounting or similar field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of data privacy standards and financial regulations
• Excellent skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in finance software and various IT systems

Job Offer

• A competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 DOE
• Early finish on Fridays at 1:30 pm
