We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to manage and oversee financial and administrative functions while partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance.

About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality management accounts and financial reports. You'll lead a team to achieve operational excellence, ensuring key performance indicators are met while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate management accounts, financial reports, and finance packs.
• Partner with business leaders to assess and improve the profitability of key operations.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Manage labour cost efficiency and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external targets.

What You Bring:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in management accounts and business acumen.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
