Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee our commercial and technical finance tasks. The successful candidate will manage financial planning, budgeting and risk management.

Description

• Manage and oversee all financial operations within the property department.
• Create financial reports and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage risk assessment and coordinate various activities to facilitate operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Perform other relevant duties as needed.

Profile

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Expertise in financial software and databases.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial forecasting and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Job Offer

• Salary range between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
