Description

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

• Lead the strategic planning process to align with the company's growth.
• Ensure healthy cash flow to support day-to-day operations and growth initiatives.
• Provide detailed insights into costs, ensuring profitability as the business scales.
• Take the lead on preparing and managing budgets and forecasts to guide the business forward.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the finance team on financial reporting and analysis.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and principles.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
• Provide financial advice to management to aid strategic planning.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent analytical skills for financial forecasting and diagnosis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
