Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Lead management accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis while ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and supporting budgeting and cash flow management.
• Payroll & Compliance: Manage UK and US payroll, tax compliance, and audits.
• Team & Cost Management: Drive team development and identify cost-saving opportunities within budgeting processes.
• Systems & Tax Management: Enhance process efficiency through automation and oversee tax compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, part-qualified, or QBE.
• Skills: Advanced Excel and payroll management experience.
• Experience: Strong record of advising senior stakeholders on financial matters.
• Attributes: Proactive, analytical, and collaborative.
• Bonus Skills: US payroll knowledge and experience with Xero.
