My client is a £50 million turnover company with a strong strategy to increase turnover to £70 million within the next three years. This is a fantastic opportunity to to be part of that exciting future growth.

Key aspects of this Finance Manager's role include:

• Managing, motivating and mentoring a team of 5 in finance - you must be able to demonstrate strong skills in this area. 
• Overseeing the production of the statutory accounts pack and audit
• Delivering the monthly accounts accurately and on time

Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience with strong technical accounting skills. You will be able to manage staff firmly but fairly.
Knowledge of Sage 200 would be fantastic but if you have used other similar systems, you should be able to learn this.
