Salary: £50,000 per annum plus benefits

The Role
As Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of financial leadership, responsible for delivering robust financial control, strategic analysis, and driving continuous process improvement. Working closely with senior leadership, reporting into the Group Finance Manager, you will manage all aspects of the finance function for this pant while supporting operational teams in achieving business goals. There are also two more junior Accounts Admins who would report into the successful individual.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
• Leading ERP system implementation (previous experience in this would be a huge advantage)
• Delivering insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and profitability
• Managing project accounting and enhancing financial reporting processes
• Mentoring and developing a talented finance team, including two direct reports (both AAT qualified with one progressing onto ACCA)
• Preparing monthly management accounts and presenting financial performance to the board

Your Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent QBE experience
• Proven background in manufacturing or a related sector
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A commercial mindset and ability to work effectively with non-financial stakeholders
