Finance Manager

Talent Finance are currently working exclusively with a global organisation based in Weybridge to recruit a Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This Finance Manager roles is a hands-on analytical position which would be perfect for a self-starter with the confidence to challenge the status quo.

This broad Finance Manage role, whilst having an emphasis on BAU activities such as preparation of financial statements, managing external audits and supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, will also be required to improve processes through optimization and efficiency, working closely with the Finance Director to provide recommendations and roll out.

Other key responsibilities of this Finance Manager role include:

- Preparation of Financial Statements under IFRS or local GAAP ensuring full compliance

- Management of external audits ensuring adherence to deadlines

- Provide support for local Tax Audits across various global regions

- Performance monitoring - helping to track financial performance and feeding back recommendations to stakeholders for improvement through data

- Working with teams to identify cost drivers and support initiatives aimed at improving cost efficiency and profitability

We would love to speak to candidates who have the following skillset and exposure:

- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, C.A) with a minimum 2 years PQE

- Demonstrable professional experience and IFRS expertise

- Strong proficiency in SAP or Oracle

- High proficiency in Excel

This role is based in Weybridge with hybrid working on offer although, given the nature of the role and the stakeholder engagement required, especially in the beginning phase, a willingness to be onsite more often than not is highly desirable.

Salary on offer is £70,000 - £80,000 with an exceptional benefits package including a market leading bonus, enhanced pension and other benefits associated with a global employer of choice.
