Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Tamworth

Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - Office Based - 2pm finish on a Friday! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Dive into finance management and financial reporting
• Developing financial strategies, preparing budgets, and forecasting future financial performance
• Own the month-end closing activities
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for management and stakeholders
• Spearhead audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Manage accounts and ensure accurate trail balance
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and analyse management accounts to support strategic decision-making

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plus

Qualifications:

• AAT Level qualification or CIMA part-qualified/studying
