Description

Finance Manager

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including cashflow monitoring
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in improving internal controls
• Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of general ledger postings
• Liaise with auditors and support preparation of year-end accounts
• Monitor stock movements and contribute to stock valuation processes

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Analyst should have:

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential
• Solid understanding of management accounts, cost accounting, and standard costing
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle)
• Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
