Finance Manager

Our client, a highly respected and well-funded property company headquartered in London, is looking for an experienced and commercially astute Finance Manager to join its expanding team.

This is a permanent role offering broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with senior leadership, the Finance Manager will oversee core financial processes including management and statutory reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial systems. The role also involves working with external advisors and internal stakeholders across property and asset management, giving the postholder valuable insight into the wider business.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 3+ years' experience in the property sector
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with property systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of tax compliance (CIS, VAT, corporation tax)
• Confident communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
