Your new role
The Finance Manager is a newly created role supporting the Head of Finance and managing a team of 2. This is an excellent growth role dealing with the A-Z of the accounts function overseeing the Management and Financial Accounts. The company is involved in numerous bids and work with external customers and a large part of this role will be to support the contracts, budgets and forecasting. There is also a plan within the next 12 months to upgrade the current accounting system and the Finance Manager will be involved with this.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to speak with qualified accountants who have previous experience as a Senior Management Accountant or Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be happy to work full-time in an office environment and have experience of leading small teams. We are looking for candidates with a desire to help grow a business and who are comfortable speaking with non-financial stakeholders.
