Description

• Oversee all financial operations within the department, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
• Coordinate and lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Develop financial reports for management, highlighting key business metrics
• Ensure accurate record keeping and timely financial reporting
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Manage relationships with suppliers
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals (based overseas)
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align financial management with business goals

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A full accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Demonstrable experience in financial accounting, management accounting and business partnering
• Commercial acumen
• Able to work with non-finance stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong systems and Excel skills
• Team player

Job Offer

The Finance Manager position comes with a base salary of £80,000-£90,000, discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, pension and hybrid working.
