This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager seeking a number one role reporting into the CEO of the UK business with a dotted line into the group. You will manage and lead the legal entity in all aspects of business and financial planning, control, and project/program management.

• Providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to the organisation, ensuring robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Business partner to key stakeholders within the local business and across the wider group
• Lead and manage financial aspects of projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Challenging the business and driving efficiencies and performance improvements
• Advising on investment activities and provide strategies for the financial health of the business.
• Overseeing financial control to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and to safeguard the organisation's assets.
• Management of the finance team

Profile

• Qualified accountant
• Experience of working within a complex business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to influence others. Proactive with the capacity to challenge the status quo
• Comfortable with driving change and bringing others on that journey
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Financial services background
• Team player with the ability to liaise across a complex organisation
• Evidence of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A task-focused individual able to manage and prioritise multiple deadlines, stakeholders, etc.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £75,000 to £83,000 per annum plus bonus scheme
• Hybrid working 2/3 days onsite
