We are searching for a talented Finance Manager, skilled in the field of Accounting & Finance. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of financial analysis within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.

Description

Please Note: This is an office based role - 5 days per week

• Oversee financial operations including invoicing, billing, financial reporting, and budget preparation within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and management information systems, along with ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant external bodies such as auditors and solicitors.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports based in HARROW.
• Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A solid understanding of financial management and accounting within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
• An impressive ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues.
• A high level of commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in accounting software and experience with a software system implementation.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
• A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of 38000 - 45000 GBP.
• A discretionary bonus of 10%.
• Pay for travel, fuel from HO to Southampton hotel as and when needed.
• 50% off any hotel stay over the world as part of this group
