Hamilton Woods are working exclusively with a Leicester based manufacturing client seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager.

This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to key departments, providing financial insight, analysis, and challenge to support strategic decision-making and drive performance across the business.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified.
• Proven track record in efficient month end processes.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
