• Reporting and Compliance: Produce meticulous financial reports and ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining the financial health and integrity of our operations.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Manage intricate service charge budgets and reconciliations, ensuring transparent communication and satisfaction among leaseholders and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a dedicated finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that integrates seamlessly with property management and legal departments to enhance overall financial performance.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA is preferred, alongside a minimum of 5 years in finance management within the property or block management sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software like Sage or Xero, coupled with advanced Excel skills.
• Professional Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and robust communication skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
