We’re working exclusively with a well-established, UK-wide organisation to recruit a Finance Manager into their Nottingham-based finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad, senior-level role offering real influence, variety, and visibility across the business.

As Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the transactional finance function, consolidating month-end results, and driving accurate and insightful financial reporting. You’ll work closely with the Finance Director, deputising where needed, and partner with operational teams to support informed commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and consolidate monthly management accounts
• Review and analyse sector-level performance and projections
• Manage credit control, sales, and purchase ledger functions
• Support accurate revenue recognition inline with IFRS Accounting standards
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and detailed margin analysis
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and cashflow forecasts
• Collaborate with operational leads to improve P&L performance
• Coordinate and review board packs and business review reports

About You:

• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Experienced in managing and developing finance teams
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
• Analytical and detail-focused, with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Confident juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines
