REED Accountancy and Finance are actively recruiting a Finance Manager for an SME Manufacturing company based near Ferndown. Please see details below:

Finance Manager (Part Qualified / Qualified / Qualified by Experience)
Full Time (8.30am - 5pm) Mon - Frid
Office based (Near Ferndown)
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Immediate Interview

• The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• They will also oversee financial transactions, compliance, and risk management.
• Additionally, the Finance Manager will work closely with the managing director to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Supervision of all accounting records internally and externally to deadlines.
• Management of one member of staff

Qualifications

• The Ideal Candidate will be AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous relevant industrial experience.
• Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis skills
• Knowledge of financial transactions, compliance, and risk management Experience in supporting decision-making and strategic planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
