Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity for a hands-on, commercially focused Finance Manager to join a well-established, PE-invested business with ambitious growth plans. This multi-site organisation is looking for a qualified (or QBE) finance professional to lead local reporting, develop strong controls, and deliver meaningful insight to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly management accounts, reporting, and forecasting

• Cashflow and FX management

• Leading and developing a small finance team

• Financial analysis for new business and costing

• Supporting audits, tax and wider compliance

• Improving controls, processes and system efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or experienced QBE

• Strong Excel and reporting skills

• Experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environments

• A proactive and commercially minded approach
