The Role:
As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while supporting strategic decision-making as the company scales. This is a broad, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

• Managing the month-end process and producing management accounts
• Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
• Business partnering with department heads
• Supporting funding rounds and investor reporting
• Building financial processes and controls fit for a growing business
• Supporting the leadership team with strategic and commercial insight

About You:

• A qualified Finance Manager (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experienced in an SME or scaling environment
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the bigger picture
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy and process driven, with a mindset for continuous improvement
