We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our small, dynamic and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of all financial processes, contribute to strategic decision-making, and help shape the future of a growing organisation whilst having the support of a much larger parent business.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate and timely consolidated management accounts
• Producing cashflows, budgets, and variance analysis
• Managing audits, VAT, CIS, and Corporation Tax compliance
• Overseeing banking, payments, credit control, and supplier invoicing
• Supporting Directors with board reporting and financial strategy
• Enhancing financial processes and ensuring operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

? ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or QBE

? Experience in a contracting business (essential)

? Knowledge of the construction industry (desirable)

? Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge

? Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills

? A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
