We’re working with a client who is seeking a Finance Manager to step into a pivotal role. ?? Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting to group
• Oversee forecasts and manage company cash flow
• Handle VAT and CIS returns to HMRC
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Interpret project cost reports for management accounting
• Lead external audits and ensure payroll accuracy
• Support credit control and finance administration
• Manage a small finance team and work closely with the commercial department
• Work closely with Directors & key stakeholders

? What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in project accounting, ideally within construction or engineering
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
• CIMA qualified (or part-qualified) with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Confident with IR35 legislation and CIS compliance
• A collaborative, adaptable team player with great attention to detail
