Our client, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in the development of the finance team.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

• Lead the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.

• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Manage, mentor, and support a team of finance professionals.

• Work closely with external auditors and manage year-end audit processes.

• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

• Support senior leadership with financial modelling and performance reviews.

• Oversee cash flow management and treasury reporting.

Key essentials of the Finance Manager:

• Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
