This dynamic and growing organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full transaction processing cycle and manage a small finance team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards.
• Support the external audit process at year-end.
• Manage core finance functions including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
• Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ideally fully qualified or actively pursuing a recognised accounting qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in managing or supervising teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in accounts payable processes and financial systems.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Hands-on and solutions-focused approach.
