I have been engaged by a well-established, growing SME who are looking to appoint their first senior finance hire. In this newly created Finance Manager role you oversee a team of 1 and report into and work closely with the directors. You will be based in their newly renovated office in central Brighton.

As the new Finance Manager, you will be given a blank page and tasked with establishing financial controls and processes, creating their first set of management accounts, and providing the directors with financial visibility on projects.

Finance Manager responsibilities:

• Establish financial controls & processes
• Management accounts production
• Cash-flow management & forecasting
• Financial reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
