Finance Manager

Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Performance Bonus
Working Arrangement: Hybrid or office based

What You'll Do as Finance Manager:

• Lead finance operations across the group companies
• Manage and develop 1 Assistant Accountant
• Prepare monthly management accounts and strategic reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and business partnering
• Coordinate audits and ensure statutory compliance
• Implement process improvements and system enhancements

Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Background: Practice-trained with stable career progression
Experience: Ready for first move from practice to industry
Skills: Strong technical accounting, team leadership potential, advanced Excel

Package: £50-55k + bonus, 25 days holiday, pension
