Finance Manager - Permanent or Temp-to-Perm

Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days office, 3 days WFH)

Up to £60,000 + benefits

Preference given to candidates immediately available or on up to 4 weeks’ notice

We’re exclusively partnered with a high-growth, privately backed business to appoint a Finance Manager on a permanent or temp-to-perm basis.

With strong systems, supportive leadership and a collaborative culture, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional looking to make an impact in a well-run, commercially minded business.

The role includes:

• Producing monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Treasury, VAT, payroll support, and FX hedging responsibilities
• Supporting a small finance team and collaborating with wider business functions
• Providing insight to leadership through financial reporting and analysis
• Enhancing financial processes, systems and controls where needed

What we're looking for:

• Qualified, part-qualified or QBE with strong core finance experience
• Confident with Excel and large data sets
• A questioning mindset - someone analytical, curious and comfortable challenging the numbers
• A collaborative team player who can work independently and communicate effectively
