Finance Manager

A dynamic and forward-thinking organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor financial performance and KPIs, providing insightful analysis and identifying areas for improvement
• Lead the development of long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Evaluate investment opportunities and manage capital expenditure
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering financial insights and recommendations
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, statutory reports, and board-level financial summaries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into business operations
• Drive improvements in financial systems and processes
• Manage and develop a small finance team
• Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) or relevant experience
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Strong risk management and data analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in a similar environment is desirable
