Finance Manager

Role - Finance Manager Location - Frankfurt Salary - Between 65,000 and 75,000 Euros + benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing PE backed manufacturing business in their search for a Finance Manager to work out of their office on a hybrid working pattern based within Frankfurt.

The successful candidate will need to be qualified accountant and will ideally suit an individual with a practice background and who can display strong technical accounting skills although consideration will be given to excellent candidates with an industry background. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workloads is crucial. Advanced Excel skills are essential and any exposure to working with an ERP system would be a distinct advantage. Excellent staff management skills are crucial as is the ability to work to tight deadlines. Key duties for the Finance Manager role will involve:

• Responsible for month-end close
• Statutory accounts production for Germany
• Variance analysis
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Business Partner with different divisions e.g. Sales, Commercial etc.
• Lead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems
• Management of a small finance team
• Ad-hoc project work

Salary for the role is anywhere between 65,000 and 75,000 Euros with excellent benefits package.
