Finance Manager

Join a mission-driven not-for-profit delivering multi-million-pound projects. We’re seeking a proactive Finance Manager to lead financial operations, shape strategy, and support impactful work.

Financial Leadership

• Oversee budgets, cashflow, and financial reporting across diverse projects.
• Partner with bid writers and senior leaders to drive financial strategy.
• Lead audits, year-end processes, and ensure compliance.

Project Oversight

• Monitor project spend, forecast risks, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure financial accuracy and reporting for funders and stakeholders.

Operational Finance

• Manage payroll, VAT returns, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Liaise with external accountants and payroll providers.

• Proven finance management experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with multi-currency and reconciliations.
• Confident communicator and team leader.
