Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-border finance teams to deliver timely financial accounts and management reports.
• Review monthly local reporting packs, statutory financial statements, and audit schedules.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting, budget processes, procurement authorizations, and fund transfers.
• Support preparation of year-end reports and liaise with Group Finance on ad hoc financial deliverables.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., VAT, CIT, WHT, CIS).
• Monitor tax law developments and implement internal responses accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with group and REIT regulations and assist in audit readiness.
• Drive implementation and enforcement of financial controls and corporate policies.
• Support internal and external audits by addressing findings and identifying improvement areas.
• Recommend process improvements to mitigate control weaknesses.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing finance team.
• Assist in standardising financial systems, processes, and reporting structures across entities.
• Oversee debt facilities and ensure regulatory compliance with financing structures.
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to ensure sustainable leverage and funding efficiency.
• Monitor intercompany arrangements, including Transfer Pricing compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Qualification
• Prior experience in audit/financial accounting
• Solid understanding of real estate, ideally including international/ European markets experience and offshore structures
• Proficiency in Excel
